Silver Fern - Kelly Jury Visit

We were lucky enough to be nominated by our Enviro School Co-ordinator Alex to receive 20 new netballs and some Mother Earth muesli bars.

On Friday, some representatives from Mother Earth and Netball NZ/Waikato Netball, Alex, and Kelly Jury (Silver Fern) came to school to present us with these amazing resources!  Everyone enjoyed a muesli bar treat and the netballs will be added to our PE shed and Sports shed!

Our four netball teams were able to spend 45 minutes working with Kelly, Tash and others on their netball skills.  This learning was invaluable to our netball girls.

We are so lucky to have great role models visit Hamilton East School and share their knowledge with us.
